Call for Expression of Interest for a Digital Communications Agency

War Child Alliance is pleased to announce a call for a tender for a Digital Communications agency to support promotion of the War Child's Can't Wait to Learn programme in Ukraine.

BACKGROUND

War Child Alliance is a non-governmental organization, investing in a peaceful future for children affected by armed conflict by focusing on education, psychological support, and enhanced protection. We work directly with children and youth, the important adults in their lives and the communities around them to ensure our programs are relevant and have a lasting effect. All these efforts help to ensure that children in areas affected by armed conflict can build a better future - both for themselves and their communities.

Can't Wait to Learn is a gamified, self-guided, tablet-based education program

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE TENDER

War Child Alliance is seeking to procure a Marketing Communication Agency to support the promotion of the Can't Wait to Learn (Вивчаю -- не чекаю) app among children aged between 5 – 12 years old in Ukraine and abroad. The agency must have a solid background and experience in the development and implementation of MarCom strategies, ideally for educational products or alike, with a strong focus on digital promotion.

REQUIREMENTS

  • The agency should offer an aligned and wholesome scope of marketing communication measures aimed at raising awareness of the application "Вивчаю -- не чекаю" (Can't Wait to Learn Ukraine) among the parents and children target audience. The proposal should focus on the following key points for further development and implementation over the period of October 2024 – September 2025
  • communication strategy for the app promotion
  • digital strategy and app promo
  • SMM strategy (Instagram)
  • PR support of key app-related newsbreaks/events/updates/developments
  • Agency presentation/portfolio (in English)

The proposed plan should result in acquisition of 100,000 active users by September 2025.

FINANCIAL TERMS

Vendors must provide a detailed pricing model including:

  • Costs for digital services (key tasks: awareness and conversion to download)
  • Costs for SMM (Instagram account administration)
  • Costs for PR support
  • Account management costs (administrative fees)
  • Information on discounts for long-term commitments and larger volumes.

  • Functionality and Compliance: How well the proposed system meets our functional requirements and compliance needs
  • Cost: Evaluation based on the cost-effectiveness of the proposed solution.
  • Vendor Experience and Reliability: Past performance and reliability in providing similar services.
